under the printed matter rate using a pair of ½ cent QV Numeral stamps, postmarked
on December 18, 1902, arriving December 27th.
Above and below, a similar card to Nancy, France sent December 10, 1901 with a Montreal Flag cancel,
arriving in Paris on December 18th and at Nancy on December 20th
